Tutoring Contract

Please download the contract, read it carefully, sign it, and email a copy to brightfuturebohn@gmail.com. Kindly pay special attention to the payment and cancellation policies.

Book Tutor Sessions

Each session lasts for one hour. The cost is $85/hr. Students should bring a laptop, calculator, a pencil, and an ACT folder with paper to take notes. I'll send them home with paper or online practice materials, so having a folder or three-ring binder is a good idea.

The number of sessions depends on the student's needs and goals. For a student who has never had ACT tutoring, five sessions to review timing, hacks, tips, and strategies for the major parts of the exam is a great start.

Expectations

Tutoring takes place at my home in Franklin, TN. Dress is very casual and students are welcome to bring drinks and snacks to fuel their brains.

Students who takes notes and complete all the practice materials I send them home with consistently see score gains. I also recommend that students take as many ACT tests as possible to see small score increases each time. The more time and practice a student puts into ACT, the better the results. Like most things, success is mostly dependent upon time and effort spent toward improvement.
